At the Terminal

To help ensure an on-time departure, you and your travelling party should aim to arrive at the departure terminal at least 40 mins before your nominated departure time. This is especially important if you have special requirements or additional baggage.

Our check-in is open one hour and 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight.

Needing to reschedule or cancel your flight?

Please contact our call centre during our business hours on 0800 380 380 and one of our staff members will be able to assist. Please note not all fare classes are transferable or refundable. If calling outside our business hours, please leave a voice message or email [email protected] and our staff will reply as soon as possible.

Where do I Check-in?

Our check-in counters open one hour and 15 minutes before departure and close 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time (in Wellington our light box signage will only show at these times).

Nelson – check in counters are located to the left of the entrance in the main terminal.

Wellington – check in counters are located on level 1 to the right of the entrance (next to Qantas & Jetstar).

Palmerston North – check in counters are located to the left of the entrance.

Hamilton – check in counters are located to the left of the main entrance.
