Fares

Luggage allowance:

• Free checked-in luggage up to 15kg
• One carry-on bag up to 7kg

Booking conditions:

• Special fares are non-refundable and non-transferable
• No changes are permitted once booked
• Fares will be forfeited if the passenger does not check-in for a booked flight

• Saver fares are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
• Date changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure, with:
  • A change fee of $50 per person.
  • There is an additional cost for upgrading to the best available fare if the originally booked fare class/price is unavailable.
• Fares will be forfeited if the passenger does not notify and fails to check-in for a booked flight.

• Flexi Saver fares are non-refundable.
• Name and date changes are permitted with no fees, up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
• If unable to travel, notify at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure:
  • The fare can be held in credit for up to 12 months if the new travel date is uncertain.
• Fares will be forfeited if the passenger does not notify and fails to check-in for a booked flight.

• Changes are free of charge up to 2 hours before scheduled departure. Changes permitted include:
  • The name of the passenger.
  • Dates and times of the booked journey.
  • The direction of travel.
• Fares will be forfeited if the passenger does not notify and fails to check-in for a booked flight.

Refund and credit options:

• Fares can be refunded or held in credit for future flights if the flight is cancelled at least 2 hours before departure.
• If upgraded from Saver or Flexi Saver fares, these fares remain non-refundable.
